St Benedict’s educates boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 13 years. Our catholic character focuses on the teachings of the Catholic Church. Curriculum delivery, behaviour management and our school culture incorporate the values implicit in these.

We value and encourage family involvement in the education of your children and daily life of the school.

Our curriculum delivery is thorough and challenging. Our students are happy, enthusiastic and motivated to learn. Our teachers strive for excellence and progress. Our parent involvement and support is very high at all levels. Our students achieve highly in academic, sporting and cultural activities held within the wider community.

At St Benedict’s we believe in taking advantage of all opportunities that come our way. Our students receive a methodical and progressive programme of learning in reading, writing and mathematics. Our achievement standards are particularly high. Students participate in many cultural activities, competitions and out of school learning experiences.

We promote Catholic Character through a comprehensive Religious Education Programme, school liturgies, daily prayers but most of all through the way we treat each other. We value caring, honesty, friendship, respect and consideration for others.
