Built in 1997, and upgraded in 2009, St Benedict’s has one of the most modern and comprehensive primary school libraries in Wellington. We are constantly adding to our collection of children's and young adult literature. Students have ready access to the library in allocated class time and during breaks. Senior students are trained as librarians, and they are able to issue books during morning tea and lunchtimes to other students. Our library is also used for school assemblies and for the After School Care programme.
